FANTASTIC Recruitment Consultant – Realistic OTE. 50kp/m - Commission only
A forward thinking consultancy that has been created by drawing from over 7 years mainstream GCC experience to create something very different to the region. A working environment second to none where you will be able to govern your own KPI’s and your own style of working. Your office shall be open, comfortable and leading more to a dot com feel than the standard cattle yard recruitment model.
The role is simple – become part of the company in every way. Lead your desk to become the best it can be – both efficient and highly profitable. Share your ideas and accomplishments with the team to assist in the growth of the company and its success. We are not looking for work horses who burn themselves out striving to meet ridiculous KPI’s – we want intelligent consultants who understand their clients and their needs and can ultimately be seen as a business partner not a service provider. We have office hours but expect you to be able to manage your own time and diary.
Requirements

You shall be the sort of character that takes a huge amount of pride in their work and strives to have name regarded as the best of their specialism in the industry. The most important requirement for joining our team is that you conduct your business with integrity both internally and externally. The perfect candidate shall have some solid experience in Middle East recruitment at a high level. You shall have experience in being self-managed and a proven track record of continual billing. On top of all this you MUST be a team player – this means, not only assist others when they need it but also be a positive part of the group – we invite laughter, joking and enjoying your time in the office.
