The PageGroup is looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our growing Middle East business, based in the MENA Region's hub - Dubai.

Michael Page Middle East has offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar and recruit at all levels of experience from graduate with 2-3 years experience through to director level in the following areas; Finance & Accounting, Financial Services, Human Resources, Technology, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Secretarial, Property & Construction, Procurement & Supply Chain, Engineering & Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Executive Search.

A Recruitment Consultant's day is challenging and varied, taking responsibility for both candidates and clients. A Recruitment Consultant is primarily responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, managing and developing a client database
- Developing a network of candidates and managing their aspirations and career search
- Managing your client's and candidate's recruitment process from initial interview to offer stage
- Focussing on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management (CRM)

- At least 4 years 360-recruitment experience
