Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our company, the worlds leading provider of HR solutions, is now searching for a Recruitment Consultant. Due to natural growth and expansion we are seeking to add an experienced Consultant to the mature, established and multinational team in our office in Qatar.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Source new business though pro-active business development methods.
Deliver recruitment projects regarding middle to senior level profile.
Continually seek to develop the business within existing clients through contacts with Line Managers by identifying new sales leads.
Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with clients.
Perform interviews in order to assess qualifications, skills and previous employment to enable the best possible job matching.
Present candidates to clients who meet their requirements and make interview arrangements, ensuring the candidates are fully briefed on the interview arrangements.
Actively participate in meetings with clients, presenting the permanent placement services in order to promote image and source new business, as well as follow-up on these activities.
Proactively sell candidates to appropriate companies and follow-up on this activity.
Build and maintain a database of candidates to ensure accurate response to client needs.
Maintain positive relationships with candidates and regular contact to gain commitment and ensure availability.
Representation in career fairs, recruitment events etc.
Record all recruitment activity data to CRM system.
Assist on the collection of own clients invoices.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years of working experience in the area of recruitment sales in an HR Services company.
Excellent command of the English language.
PC literacy.
Client orientation and excellent communication skills.
Commitment to results and teamwork spirit.
Excellent sales and presentations skills.
Hunting attitude : like to be outside of the office.
Able to relocate in Doha/Qatar.
