Job description / Role

- Manage a portfolio of key accounts providing either permanent or retained services
- Conducting face-to-face client meetings and thorough candidate interviews
- Pro active networking of clients over the phone
- Sourcing high quality candidates via database, linkedin, job boards, head hunting and referrals
- Religiously keeping call logs up to date
- Referencing candidates to ensure quality and suitability
- Producing detailed CVs
- Keeping up to date with the market via press releases, social networking and through clients and candidates
- Being a positive influence on the office and company

Requirements

- Ideally at least 2 years previous recruitment experience
- Self-motivated
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
- Ability to make things happen
- Challenging/questioning approach
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Positive attitude and energetic
- Passionate to achieve exceptional standards for business and personal gain
- Intelligent and sharp
- Decent /integrity
- Degree Qualified
