Job description / Role
Aspiriti Automotive recruitment is the number 1 auto recruitment agency in the Middle East.

We require an experienced recruitment consultant with experience in recruiting blue collar technical related positions - mechanics, engineers etc, ideally experienced in sourcing candidates from Asian countries.
You will be on an excellent commission structure and will only be focused on the candidate sourcing aspects of recruitment.
Requirements
To be considered for this position you must have:
* excellent English communication skills
* at least 2 years recruitment experience
* experience (or a desire to) source blue collar technical candidates
* a very hard working and can do attitude - we don't accept lazy employees at Aspiriti!
* able to adopt creative candidate sourcing techniques and not just rely on job portals
