Salary: Base plus commission

Due to our expanding growth and desire to grow we are seeking 2 Recruitment Consultants to grow a warm desk.
One desk will be focused on Technical and Engineering recruitment and the other desk is open to a variety of roles.
This is an exciting opportunity that you can take as far as you are prepared to develop it. We work as a close knit team, supporting each other to fill the requirements we are provided.
Client management as well as advertising, screening, interviewing and matching are all important. You will be a skilled recruiter with exceptional client management skills and be able to easily place the right candidate in the right company.
You will love working in a systematic way with a strong process and be used to using a database to manage the workflow.
As this is a warm desk, business development is essential as you look for opportunities within your current clients as well as new ones.

This role will suit someone who has some experience in a full circle recruitment agency or has a passion for business development and loves to work in a fast paced environment and can produce results.
