The RoleThe RoleWe are looking to recruit a consultant to join our successful Marketing team. You will be specialising in Advertising and Branding recruitment within the GCC. Whilst your core responsibility will be to source and recruit high caliber management level candidates for our extensive client base, success in the role will further involve the application of a diverse range of skills. You will be required to apply our unique process to facilitate the completion of assignments, as well as achieve demonstrable success in business development and proactively build strong relationships with clients based on excellent customer service. |
RequirementsRequirementsiQ selection provides specialised executive management recruitment services to clients and candidates throughout the Middle Eastern region. Its acquisition by Imprint Group and subsequently Premier Group, a global recruitment provider with a turnover of AED 600m, has provided iQ selection with the most advantageous sourcing and client platform in the region. As a result of the continued growth of our business, we are looking to recruit a specialist recruiter to look after both Advertising and Branding. The ideal candidate will be young, energetic and dynamic with a strong background in consultancy or a similar client-facing role. Degree educated, you relish the challenge, buzz and pressure of a target driven sales environment yet your impeccable key account management skills and attention to detail are equally responsible for your success. You will also have displayed a commitment to your own professional development in previous roles as well as the ability to create and maintain a solid network of contacts. Needless to say fluent written and oral English is a prerequisite. |
