Irwin & Dow launched last year and we provide expert recruitment services in placing office support staff across a wide range of sectors throughout the UAE and the GCC region.

Our service is centered on a friendly and ethical approach to recruitment and a dedication to attracting and supporting the best candidates. We work with our clients and candidates in temporary, contract and permanent positions.

Due to our continued success, we are further expanding our team and we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our office in Knowledge Village.

Requirements

We are very passionate about our business and we are looking for an individual who complements our team and work ethic, but who will also add value in terms of developing business with new clients, maintaining working relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for further business.

Recruitment experience would be a distinct advantage, but we believe that this is not necessarily the most important attribute. We are looking for a personable individual with an ability to sell, think on their feet and be self-driven. The right person will be able to negotiate and influence decision makers, be able to develop long standing relationships within a business environment and have a determination to succeed.

We are willing to consider a seasoned professional or an individual at the start of their career. A driving license is essential for the role.
