Employment: Full Time

This exciting role gives you the opportunity to work in a positive, energized and fast-paced environment. We are looking for a highly professional, organized candidate who can consistently meet deadlines in a high pressure environment.

The successful candidate will assist in building the business and will be responsible for achieving specified targets such as sales and client signings. Business development is key to the role, with the candidate expected to pursue a varied and opportunistic approach to generating and developing leads.

Incredible customer service is a cornerstone of the company and the successful candidate will be expected to be presentable, customer focused and service oriented.

Successful consultants have to possess a desire for success, a competitive spirit, perseverance, tenacity, a professional manner, excellent communication skills, and has to be well organised.

The overall goal is to maximise permanent placements, increase profits and continually improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Follow different methods of business development
- Develop and grow relationships with clients
- Maintain a healthy pipeline
- Ensure accuracy of information on available positions from the client
- Ability to quickly source and match effective candidates to available roles
- Affinity with existing recruitment software
- Hit and exceed monthly and/or quarterly targets
- Contribute to business strategy
- Actively network on behalf of the company even if outside area of specialisation
- Previous UAE and recruitment experience is essential
- The successful candidate will be responsible for their own desk

Requirements

- Can work independently or as part of a team
- A self-starter with a desire for success
- Well organised
- Proven sales ability
- Specialisation in a particular field of recruitment
- Ability to effectively prioritise in a pressurized, multitasking environment
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Presentable and confident
- The desire to succeed and continuously drive the scope of business operations
- Experience in any of the following fields would be an advantage legal, financial, HR, insurance, sales or marketing
