Job description / Role
Seeking candidates with proven experience of recruiting across levels for reputed clients in the Middle East
• Senior Consultant/Consultant – Banking, finance & Insurance Sectors, Experience – 2 to 8 years, Middle East Experience mandatory
• Senior Consultant/Consultant – Pharma/Medical Sector, Experience – 2 to 8 years, Middle East Experience mandatory
• Senior Consultant/Consultant – FMCG Sector, Experience – 2 to 8 years, Middle East Experience mandatory
• Senior Consultant/Consultant – Real Estate/Infrastructure/Engineering/Government, Experience – 2 to 8 years, Middle East Experience mandatory, Arabic Speakers preferred
• Senior Consultant/Consultant – Retail Sector, Experience – 2 to 8 years, Middle East Experience mandatory
• Business Development Manager – Experience – 3 to 6 years of corporate sales experience in any industry, Middle East Experience mandatory, Western Educated/ Arabic Speaking candidates preferred

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE, working as a recruitment consultant or relevant BD experience for the relevant role
- A Graduation/Bachelors Degree is a must
- Qualification/Certification in HR is advantageous
- Fluency in English
- Experience across sectors would be appreciated
