The RoleThe RoleAs part of the expansion of our business we at Focus Direct are looking to recruit dynamic, enthusiastic and result-oriented Recruitment Consultants. To qualify for the role, the candidate will be sales oriented and target driven. Knowledge of the UAE business environment preferred. Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Strong ability to understand client's requirement with clarity. Developing project plans for every assignment. Monitoring the progress of the project plan to ensure timely results are achieved and action is being taken. Keeping track of leads and referrals to enhance the candidate database. Preparing job advertisements with clarity and accuracy. Conducting in-depth, face-to-face interviews with qualified candidates. Strong ability to communicate effectively and efficiently to bring about desired results. Professional approach to client and candidate management. Building and maintaining long term relationships with new and existing clients. Developing new business opportunities by keeping abreast of market information. Carrying out any other administration tasks as and when required. |
RequirementsRequirementsPossessing a strong and confident consultative approach to dealing with clients and candidates. Experience working within specialised areas such as IT, Engineering, Banking and Finance, dealing with Mid to Senior level Management roles. Strong networking skills and research ability. The drive to set challenging standards and goals, to make continuous improvements and accept full responsibility for the delivery of results. Passionate about recruitment and helping people to realise their dream careers. Driven individual with high energy and motivation. Minimum of 3 years experience working in a recruitment consultancy with proven results. Bachelor's degree from a recognized University. Excellent PC skills in MS Word and Excel. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. |
