The Role


The Role


Objective: Identify and establish client/business relationships where HCI can deliver specialist recruitment services.

Main Responsibilities:
With management support identify and develop a clearly defined market
Sell our service and agree terms
Attract and develop candidate relationships
Manage the complete recruitment process
Accountability for sales performance and business development

Reporting to : Sales Manager
Subordinates : None
Other interactions : Colleagues, Clients and Candidates
Number required : 10
Duration : Perm
Desired start date : Either 1st of April, May or June
Probation : 3 months
Working hours : 8.30 TO 6 ++
Travel requirements : Where required across GCC (frequent travel within UAE)
Gross monthly base salary : 12\'000 AED
Commission / Bonus : Monthly and Qtrly
Other Benefits : Incentive scheme, Meritocracy

University qualifications : University Qualification a plus
Previous experience : Previous UK contingency recruitment experience
GCC recruitment experience in 2009/10
GCC sales experience
Specialist knowledge : Construction Recruitment
Accountancy Recruitment
Banking Recruitment
Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Saudi, Bahrain
Other Skills : Target driven
Inherently commercial and competitive
First-class communication skills
Prepared to push yourself and hit targets
Tenacity and resilience
Ideal Age Range : Graduate to Early 30's
Nationality Preference: European, Australian, Arabic
Language Skills : British, Arabic a plus
