The RoleThe RoleHCI has successfully completed its first year of trading in the GCC recruitment market. It has a vast amount of recruitment experience within its ranks and a desire to grow significantly over the coming year. The Founders have a proven track record and the desire to establish one of the regions most accomplished recruitment agencies. It currently has a team of 8 and it plans to recruit 10 consultants (either graduate or experienced) over the coming 3 months. It is moving to brand new, well positioned offices on SZR near the Marina and JLT.
