Job description / Role
As a leading International recruitment agency we are currently looking for a talented and experienced recruitment consultant to expand our steadily growing business in Dubai.
We offer contingency recruitment services to a wide range of industries such as FMCG,HR,Legal and Finance.
You will form part of a small team however you will be entirely responsible for the activities of your desk. You will be expected to generate new business through business development, following up leads, cold calling and general networking.
All consultants manage the administration of their own desks and use the recruitment software.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, time management and the ability to multitask.
You must be able to work on a desk that has a wide range of roles working at a fast pace. Preference will be given to candidates with Dubai experience however it is not a must.
The key will be your experience as a successful and high billing consultant.
You must have fluent English, be a team player and able to motivate you and your team members. You will be working to KPI’s that help ensure the success of your desk.
This is a sales role with a truly human element to it.
Requirements
This role requires excellent client facing and communication skills,a hunger to succeed,a desire to shine in a target driven environment and pride in establishing your own desk and income.
You must have external recruitment agency/sales experience and be Western educated.English as your first and impeccable language is vital.
