As a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page in Qatar, your role is to work with both employers and job seekers to find a successful match. Whether you are advising one of the world's largest companies on a candidate sourcing strategy, or helping a candidate taking the next step in their career, this is an exciting and rewarding job opportunity. The role of a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page has a full 360 degree focus. You will be responsible for a range of industry sectors and recruit candidates at certain salary levels. You will be held accountable for candidate sourcing, building a high quality database, developing new and existing clients, selling solutions to your clients and managing the full recruitment process from taking a job brief through to offer management. Using you business acumen and sales skills, you will continually strive to develop yourself, while enjoying working in a non-commission, team based environment. Ongoing training and support will be provided, with an experienced Michael Page Director giving you daily support, structure and advice. This is a sales role, so you will have a monthly budget with achievable business KPI's to reach in order to assist you with hitting and exceeding your goals.

Requirements

Who we're looking for:
At Michael Page, we believe in attracting a certain type of candidate. Ideally you will be degree qualified, although what type of degree is not important. The role of a recruitment consultant is best suited to someone with 2-6 years work experience. This is not a management role (yet), so we are looking for candidates who are keen to progress their careers into management positions. A background in sales or business development is highly advantageous, however we are also keen to talk to people who desire a move into sales, but might currently be in a more technical role. The most important attribute that we are looking for is a positive, high energy, resilient style personality. It is critical that you come across likeable, friendly and determined, and have proven experience in working in a team environment. Excellent fluency in English is a must. Candidates living outside of Qatar will not be considered. A Qatari driving licence is highly beneficial
