Recruitment Consultant

Florence International Consulting is a British, privately owned business that was established in Dubai. The two founding partners are young and ambitious who combine more than 10 years of recruitment experience within the UAE with a vision to create a business dedicated to the GCC and in tune with local dynamics.

We work on senior level appointments and build on networks of trust and referrals.

The business has gone from strength to strength and we are now looking for new consultants to join the team.

We have two paths for career development: Sales and Management. Consultants who continue down the Sales route will be those who are exceptional recruiters and motivated to continue billing and increasing their commission. Consultants who choose the Managerial route will take on additional mentoring responsibilities and will eventually run teams of recruiters.

Initially, you will be responsible for:

• Running your own desk – winning new business and managing existing accounts
• Building a network of relevant Clients and Candidates in your market
• Helping with Company Vision – we are heavily invested in our employees. We respect their opinions and tailor incentives to their own personal goals

Requirements

You should have:

• Some level of recruitment experience – this could be as little as 6 months or as much as 5 years. We are looking for future stars as well as proven ones
• Strong sales skills
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to network
• A strong desire to learn and be better than your competition
