Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Using sales and marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
• Working towards targets relating to business leads generated
• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
• Researching the market and targeting specific industries
• Advertising vacancies
• Updating the candidate databases
• Receiving and reviewing applications

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
• Experienced within customer service/telesales/sales
• Educated within a Western University Environment
• Be dedicated, hardworking, and confident.
• Ability to work within a team as well as autonomously.
• Have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Have 1st class customer service ability.
• Be willing to learn and progress.
• Be self-motivated, money-driven, and target-oriented.
