Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the full life-cycle of recruiting (i.e. the sourcing, screening, selecting and on-boarding of personnel by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).

You will have to screen resumes, interviews candidates (by phone and in person), checks references/background, makes recommendations for hire (or not to hire) and delivers employment offers. Follow up with requesting departments to provide up-to-date information on the hiring process status and communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements, etc.)

Develop and maintains strong relationships with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.

Requirements

- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or any relevant area; certification in HR such as PHR is preferable
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in HR recruitment operations
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Excellent written/oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
- Knowledgeable of current local labor law related to employment
- Computer proficiency with MS Office
