The Higher Colleges of Technology is the UAE's largest Higher Education institution with 17 campuses, providing UAE nationals with post-secondary education from Diploma to MBA level. Our staff are a broad mix of nationalities from around the globe.
The Recruitment Coordinator is the organization’s expert resource for international recruitment and sourcing of candidates. There are two Recruitment Coordinators who are the Team Leaders of the recruitment function. They provide direction to a team of up to 8 recruitment officers, undertake special projects at the direction of the Recruitment Manager and are active in the implementation, development and interpretation of policies/procedures. The Recruitment Coordinator also contributes to broader human resource management issues.
Requirements
Your background will be in recruitment, either in-house or agency, with generalist HR experience in a large corporate or educational environment. You will need to be educated to degree level in a related field. The role will demand high levels of customer focus and the ability to manage a demanding work load.
