Boeing is seeking a recruitment coordinator to be a key member of IMEA Staffing team by supporting the recruitment processes in accordance with Boeings hiring guidelines and policies.

The Recruitment Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the team, by providing a high level of customer service and quality through coordinating/scheduling all phases of the interviews process. In this role, you will interact with potential candidates/applicants, recruitment Specialists, Hiring Managers and other professionals.

The recruitment coordinator will support Saudi recruitment Specialists while dealing with Hiring Managers and candidates globally in multiple time zones.

Your key responsibilities will be:

As a recruitment Coordinator your roles & responsibilities includes (but not limited to):
- Providing limited or routine answers to customers and applicants on recruitment process.
- Follow documented recruitment processes to contribute towards the Company's compliance and competitiveness.
- Maintain database for use in contacting potential candidates for opportunities at Boeing.
- Assist in the identification of potential candidates to encourage them to apply for openings.
- Send out applications and related forms to candidates following existing processes.
- Review candidate applications and related forms for completeness.
- Handle correspondence with applicants Law Department and managers related to government conflict of interest.
- Assist higher level staff with routine administrative hiring tasks.
- Support the pre-employment process for new and re-hire employees by using specific guidelines processes procedures to prepare for employee orientation.
- Provides customer support for routine recruitment questions.
- Coordinates interviews including scheduling and making travel accommodations as required.
- Handle invoice processing for recruitment agencies.
- Managing a high volume of confidential information at all times.

Requirements

- A proven track record of having demonstrated the key competences listed above.
- Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions/tasks and manage work load, time effectively.
- Experience working within an internal recruitment function hiring within the IMEA region.
- Bachelor degree and at least 2 year of experience in recruitment.
- Previous experience within a large US multinational environment would be beneficial.

- Ability to manage stakeholders to ensure timely and effective outcome for recruitment activity.
- Able to manage a large volume of work efficiently and effectively.
- Able to take initiative to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize workload and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
- Good computing skills and experience working with a recruitment management system and Microsoft Office products.
- Good knowledge of HR policies as they relate to the resourcing and recruitment.
- Results oriented and able to work under pressure.
