Job description / Role
The Recruitment Coordinator should have the knowledge and skills to provide management support to the Recruitment Manager and concerned department heads as needed with relations to the Recruitment Status Report and the manpower budget. The Recruitment Coordinator should be able to communicate with the International Recruiter to answer their queries as needed.
Requirements
1. Education :
Diploma in Administration, Executive secretary or related field desirable
College Degree in Business Administration or related field desirable
2. Experience :
Minimum of Five (5) years experience in Human Resources or related field.
3. Skills and Knowledge :
The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to follow written and verbal instructions, and the ability to maintain effective working relations with others
Knowledge of computer applications (Word and Excel)
Typing skills of at least 35 words per minute.
4. Others
Candidates may be approved for the position if they have equivalent education, experience or skills
