Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
- To include: visiting the stores to build and develop relationships thus developing a good understanding of their recruitment needs.
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media; using social media to advertise positions attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and store managers.
- Build and use a candidate database to match the right person to the vacancy.
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the store manager.
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
- Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to store managers in respect of suitable applicants.
- Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the manager; informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
Requirements
- In-house Recruitment experience or a recruitment consultant with experience of high volume/ fast turn-a-round placements (eg: temps).
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective written communications skills.
- Computer skills including MS Word, Excel and e-mail at a highly proficient level.
- A comprehensive employment track record of working within the retail and /or mobile phone sales sector (recruitment) is highly desirable.
- UAE driving license.
