Recruitment Executive

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a large, locally owned holding company specialising in retail, FMCG and food and beverage. Due to the growth of their product and service offerings in the UAE, our client is looking to hire a Recruitment Executive.

Working closely with the HR Director, you will ensure that the recruitment process is managed efficiently and timeously. You will be responsible for extensive end-to-end recruitment, liaising with the Hiring Manager to create job specifications and examine their requisites in detail. You will post jobs online, headhunt and source through a variety of channels. You will also screen CVs, interview candidates and recommend suitable profiles for second and third stages to Senior Management.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be Degree educated and have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a recruitment role. You should have experience in an agency as well as in-house setting, with a portfolio of volume and niche roles. Due to a focus on the retail market space, an existing knowledge and network in this area would be highly advantageous.
