Charterhouse is working with an internationally renowned food and beverage organisation that is focused within the mid-level dining market. They have a reputation for providing unrivalled quality and service in their establishments and a headcount of over 800. Due to a recent partnership with a luxury holding company and major growth plans over the next 12 months, our client is looking to hire a dedicated Recruitment Executive.

This role will be responsible for working alongside the HRBP to ensure that accurate and relevant job specifications are created for new requisitions. Your duties will include niche and mass recruitment within food and beverage. You will advertise, network and source through a variety of avenues to ensure full market coverage and to assist the smooth hiring of candidates for the business. In addition, you will liaise with the Employee Relations Specialist to ensure the swift and simple onboarding of all candidates.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree coupled with more than 3 years experience within recruitment, preferably both in-house and agency and ideally within food and beverage. You should also have supported business unit heads with their hiring requirements for replacements and new hires. It is essential you are target focused and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
