Recruitment Executive

We at Al Tayer Group are looking for an HR Executive as a part of our Industries team to provide HR Operational support to our Business Units of Engineering, Contracting and related genre to meet the HR needs in an effective and objective manner.

We are looking for a Human resources Generalist who shall be involved in the entire activity of recruitment, sourcing, placing, budgeting, induction and maintaining employee relations along with being a key member in the performance appraisal cycle.

Requirements

As an Human Resources Executive you would have a Bachelors or Master's Degree in Human Resources with atleast 4 - 5 years experience in Human resources generalist and recruitment of blue collar and professional roles within the construction industry.

Knowledge of construction and projects is mandatory along with having strong concepts in human resources and employee relations, an active, driven, mature professional having advanced excel and communication skills.
