The RoleThe RoleGenerate sales leads for business development. Candidate sourcing with targeted key words Information sourcing using different search strings Posting jobs online Timely and accurate research of internet sites to capture information for all accounts and record & input information gathered from various sites. This position will ensure compliance with consultants/Manager's specifications. He/She must effectively manage their time and workload to ensure all service levels are maintained. Should have excellent phone skills, well informed, can connect the dots & a speed reader. |
RequirementsRequirements1-3 years experience with a Recruitment Firm. Should be a team player. Graduate/Diploma Holder. Good knowledge using the database PCR Excellent Computer Skills Preferably Female Well Spoken English |
