Job description / Role
Our client is seeking an experienced, matured Recruitment Manager to lead its recruitment function for the Industries cluster which entails construction / joinery / manufacturing and other domains.
The role includes development of recruitment strategy, HR business plan, implementation and adherence to policies, lead the entire cycle of recruitment from understanding the requirement to sourcing with latest methods, selection and hiring and maintaining good working relations.
Requirements
You will be responsible for the end to end Recruitment activity for this dynamic function. The incumbent shall have atleast 10 years of experience in recruitment with atleast 4 -5 years of construction/ manufacturing related recruitment in UAE and having a Degree in Human Relations or related genre.
You would be a dunamic, matured individual who shall be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal, analytical and team management skills who can multi task and is open to travel.
Experience:
Minimum 8 to 10 years experience, with at least 5 years experience in a Management role
Qualifications:
Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Human Resources
