Salary: KD 1000 - 1500

One of the Middle Easts most established retail groups is currently looking for a Recruitment Manager, based in their Kuwait Headquarters to manage a recruitment team within fashion. The ideal candidate needs to have extensive recruitment management experience within fashion.

Responsibilities:
- Plans, designs, implements, manages and analyses appropriate integrated recruitment campaigns to deliver quality recruitment results to internal customers.
- Ensures delivery within service level agreements and budgets.
- Manage a team of recruiters.
- Ensures best practice recruitment activity is delivered consistently and that both hiring managers and candidates receive a first class recruitment experience.

Requirements

- University degree.
- At least 5 - 7 years' recruitment experience gained in either an agency or in-house setting.
- Experience of working at a fast pace.
- Solid experience within fashion retail.
- Previous leadership and line management of recruitment staff.
- Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capability, able to challenge and influence.
- Deep knowledge of recruitment best practice able to create, implement and manage recruitment programs.
