We are looking for a tenacious and experience Manager to maintain and develop the existing healthcare desk in Dubai. Hays’ healthcare is considered to be the current market leader in healthcare recruitment in the UAE. Due to continued growth in the healthcare industry, we are now expanding Hays healthcare to continue to provide an expert service to our growing list of clients.
Job Responsibilities:
• Full 360 recruitment & management responsibilities required
• Maintaining and developing clients and global healthcare professionals within the Dubai healthcare market.
• Responsible for the recruitment, development and on-going management of junior consultants/team.
Requirements
Job Specification
• Ideally degree qualified
• Previous clinical experience desirable
• Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience, 3 of which in the healthcare industry
• Strong business development background essential
• Must have a strong ability to influence and persuade
• Must exhibit tenacity and a positive attitude
