Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Group HR team and lead on all recruitment activities. Reporting to the HR Director one of the main criteria of this role is strengthen the talent pipeline in the Group Holding Company through selective recruitment of leadership key roles. Being both a hands-on and strategic role, ideal candidates would come from an Executive Search background, coupled with in-house experience. This is a highly visible position with frequent interaction with the Board and senior stakeholders. Based in Jeddah the role will require frequent travel in MENA and internationally.

Responsibilities will include:

- Establish short and long-term recruiting strategies designed to deliver on key organizational metrics (i.e. cost per hire, time to fill, quality of hire).
- Provide overall direction and management for Talent Acquisition strategy, guidelines and procedures concerning best practices, systems and methodologies.
- Develop and implement metrics to insure that Talent Acquisition objectives and service targets are met; effectively track and monitor customer service level and recommend improvement strategies as needed.
- Manage department budget and financial objectives.
- Work closely with internal and external customers to solicit feedback and identify opportunities to improve existing services through increasing quality and/or reducing costs and to identify new services that can be more effectively and efficiently delivered.
- Continually evaluate and refine recruiting processes to ensure maximum efficiency and optimal candidate experience.
- Partner with Human Resources and entity business management to educate key stakeholders on strategies to optimize the attraction, development and retention of talent.
Develop strong working relationships with HR Business Partners, HR Shared Services peers and Business Unit Leaders.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends, and legislative initiatives that have short and long term implications on the profitability of the business.
- Develop and execute profile-specific search strategies to build a continual talent pipeline.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine appropriate profiles and job specifications for open positions, including targeted screening and interview questions.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

- Bachelors degree in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of talent acquisition.
- Experience of recruiting in Saudi with knowledge of Laws relating to recruitment and visa processing.
- Arabic language skills preferred.
- Experience dealing with Board members.
- Experience in recruiting C / Director level roles.
