The RoleThe RoleThe Company: Rare opportunity to join hugely successful and diversified retail organization in a Recruitment & Talent Manager capacity. With operations throughout the Middle East region you will be based in Cairo but with regional responsibility for all recruitment activity in conjunction with internal & external resources including recruitment agencies etc. This position reports to the HR Director and has responsibility for the GCC region. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of annual recruitment budget in line with HR Director Setting up key supplier relationships and building on existing relationships Prepare a detailed resource plan with all key department heads from the business units Redefine existing job specifications as required to ensure correct information matching skills set recruited Utilise print, online and other media to advertise recruitment campaigns Be the first point of contact for all new prospective employees either telephone and or face to face interviewing Prepare and present shortlisted candidates for line manager and ensure correct feedback is passed onto the candidates Management of the offer / acceptance process with the candidate and or recruitment agency Provide effective handover to relevant HR Business Head to transition employee |
RequirementsRequirementsExperience Required: A minimum of 7 years Commercial Human Resources Department / Recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will have recent experience of the Retail industry. Essential to have corporate in house recruitment experience not solely agency recruitment A relevant Degree in HR or Business is essential Sound practical recruitment methodology experience. Good understanding of competency and behavioural based interviewing is essential Ability to work across a number of business units and present to all levels of internal & external management Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal are critical Sound understanding of Microsoft Office products like WORD, Excel & Explorer As this position is primarily based in Egypt our client is only reviewing Egyptian Nationals at this stage will relevant experience. |
