Recruitment Manager for a Leading Manufacturing Company in the UAE
A large manufacturing firm is looking for a Recruitment Manager with a strong multinational background and knowledge of UAE Labor Law. This role would involve leasing with Top Management within the organization on weekly basis hence the candidate should be experienced enough to lead vital meetings and present reports in front of highly influential people in the organization.
The ideal candidate currently be in a similar role with a large leading organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in the ME region (relevant experience in Manufacturing,FMCG)
- A strong operations HR background
- A strong recruitment background
- Managing skills
- CIPD or equivalent qualification is an ideal
