The RoleThe RoleJob Purpose Overall responsibility of the development and management of the resourcing strategy and resources for the company. Roles & Responsibilities Developing and implementing suitable Sourcing and Recruitment strategies & processes for the company. Monitoring employments markets (both internally and externally). Ensure effective and efficient recruitment of talent for the company. Facilitate in the design process for new hire joining programme. Establish and manage relationships with key sourcing bodies. Setting up of an assessment centre and careers portal Key Challenges Extremely ambitious recruitment targets to be achieved in relatively short time frames. Diverse population, workforce and stakeholders. Execution of resourcing plans requires significant networking with decision makers. |
RequirementsRequirementsJOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Degree level education (preferably HR related). Wide HR & Recruitment networks Good knowledge of producing recruitment strategies Good knowledge of the political, social, and economic issues and environment Good command of English. Spoken Arabic is advantageous. Excellent and professional writing skills and competency. Minimum 7 - 10 years experience in recruitment activities. Can achieve results in a challenging business environment. |
