This prestigious, multinational construction company, a global leader in their field, is looking for an experienced, committed and self-motivated Recruitment Manager to join their rapidly expanding Qatar operation.

You will be a key player in their expansion plans, growing headcount considerably by sourcing candidates for technical and non-technical roles from local and overseas markets and also internal mobilization of existing staff.
This role will be managing the entire recruitment and on-boarding process, from A Z, therefore you must be an experienced and capable recruitment expert who can work with initiative, minimal supervision and dedication.
Managing all technical and non-technical job vacancies for Qatar and further GCC locations
Implementing effective recruitment & selection processes and procedures in the location
Job briefing with Line Managers to discuss and qualify manpower requirements
Advertising roles using a wide variety of methods
Sourcing technical and non-technical candidates, from local and overseas markets, using innovative and cost-effective methods
Mobilization of existing staff, staffing for large, prestigious construction projects
Developing and managing relationships with recruitment partners and agencies
Competency-based interviewing and conducting candidate assessments
Negotiating all offers
Overseeing the mobilization, relocation and on-boarding process
Managing the recruitment budget
Regular and accurate reporting of all recruitment activities to Senior Management
Managing ad hoc recruitment projects
Native English speaker preferred
Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred
5+ years experience in Recruitment (agency and/or in-house)
Experience of recruiting in the GCC essential, Qatar experience an advantage
Experience of sourcing candidates locally and overseas
Hands on experience of managing the recruitment process A-Z essential
Competency-based interviewing experience
Construction (or similar technical) industry experience a distinct advantage
Strong decision-making ability, effective negotiation skills, drive
Strong, assertive and influential leader with common sense and intelligence
Professional, calm, can work under pressure at a very fast pace, resilient
Strong and confident communicator, at all levels
