Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Your experience as an excellent recruiter is required by my client for an in-house Management role. You will be utilizing your skills and expertise from 8+ years of solid recruitment background to manage the entire recruitment cycle. You will use your industry knowledge to run a team of Recruitment Officers in selecting the right CVs from the right sources and in the end making the right hires.

You will report to the Senior HR Manager and have a number of Recruitment Officers reporting to you. Currently the Group are pushing to increase the presence of the HR department and Recruitment is an essential part of this.

Requirements

- 8+ years of solid recruiting experience
- Experience from a holding company or multi-sector company
- At least 3 years in a management/leadership position
- Excellent English and Arabic is a strong advantage
- A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or similar is essential
- Additional industry training and certificates would be a strong advantage
- Understanding of local labor laws pertaining to local and overseas hires
