TAAHEED are assisting a leading multinational entity in their search for an experienced Recruitment Manager to handle their strong growth plans in the region of Qatar.

The entity will be rapidly expanding so therefore require a Recruitment Manager to be the company’s link between agencies and applicants as well as the internal business.

You will be required to build strong internal relations with the hiring managers, understanding their requirements, advertising the roles, providing detailed information to recruitment firms, arranging interviews, conducting interviews and the on boarding of successful candidates.

In addition to recruitment duties you will also have chance to get involved in HR projects across the region, acting as a true HR and Recruitment Business Partner.



To be successful in this role you must have solid experience gained in the GCC region, stable applicants who have demonstrated loyalty in their career is essential.

A minimum of 5 years senior recruitment experience is required (minimum of 2 years gained in the GCC).

The client has requested Western applicants with English as their first language, additional language skills, especially Arabic will be advantageous.

There will be some travel to the UAE and Saudi Arabia; therefore candidates must be flexible and mobile with the ability to gain multiple visa entry to countries in the GCC.

The entity is focused on construction, therefore recruiters with a technical background in construction and engineering is also a must.

Candidates can come from either agency or in-house as long as they match the above criteria.

Salary is 20,000 – 25,000 QAR with benefits and a strong bonus.
