Job description / Role
An experienced Recruitment Manager is required to join the HR team of this large local company in Dubai. This role will have 4 direct reports and will report into the HRD. Immediate candidates will be given preference as this is an urgent requirement. The successful incumbent will manage all UAE based staffing requirements for all business units and adopt best practice recruitment initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
• Provide professional support and advice on best practice recruitment and selection to hiring managers
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand their individual departmental requirements
• Write and post job adverts, screen CV’s, short list applicants and arrange and conduct interviews for all Head Office roles
• Manage the Recruitment Team and supervise their recruitment of high volume/blue collar workers.
• Keep up to date with current UAE employment legislation and labour laws and brief managers on any changes
• Develop and maintain working relationships with local recruitment agencies
• Maintain recruitment KPI’s and provide statistical reports
Salary negotiable
Requirements
• UAE experience is a must as is previous experience managing a team of HR staff, therefore in house recruitment experience is essential.
• Candidates should be diplomatic and able to deal with some internal politics, be able to deal with all levels of staff, be adaptable, objective, confident to deal with objections, down to earth and approachable.
• A degree is required for this role preferably within the HR discipline.
• Only candidates currently present in the UAE will be considered.
