Recruitment Manager

There is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join Forth Capital as the head of global recruitment.

The role will be varied however the focus will be on the acquisition of high quality staff to join the three regions of Forth Capital.

The role will be based in Dubai and the candidate will be reporting directly to the COO.

Ideally the candidate will be educated to graduate level with at least 2 years proven experience in the field of finance recruitment.

The candidate will be familiar with active online and offline recruit targeting and acquisition strategies. The candidate will be proactive, adept at self-direction and well versed in telephone screening of potential candidates.

Requirements

Primary Objectives

• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• To manage the full recruitment process from initial contact through to final decision
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organisations, and in other position appropriate venues.
• Utilise the Internet for recruitment.
• Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
• Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
• Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
• Apply advanced knowledge to maximise our use of the internet as a recruitment tool
• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
• Locate and document where to find ideal candidates.
• Aid public relations in establishing a recognisable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
• Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
• Create contacts within industry.
• Attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings.
• Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
• Coordinate and Implement Graduate Recruiting Initiatives.
• Coordinate university recruiting initiatives.
• Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
• Develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting.
• Give presentations at universities, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs.
• Administrative Duties and Record Keeping
• Manage the use of recruiters and head-hunters – aiming to keep at a minimum.
• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements using the firm’s standard tools.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews.
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System.
• Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
• Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters.
• Assist in interviewing and selecting employee’s onsite.
• Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
• Perform other special projects as assigned.
