The Role


The Role


• Selecting appropriate and most cost effective method of sourcing candidates and build rapport with relevant agencies, media and online solutions
• Screening resumes and short listing candidates
• Conducting initial interviewing and providing feedback to line managers or partners and candidates
• Organize second interviews with relevant management and communicate feedback to all parties
• Preparing Offers of Employment
• Liaise with selected candidate through entire interview and selection process
• Coordinate all necessary activities related to mobilization of new staff to include employment contracts, relevant documentation for processing of employment visas and relocation and accommodation
• Maintain and update the Recruitment Progress Report and provide weekly update to the Sr. HR Manager on the status of recruitment versus approved budgeted manpower plans
• Ensure that recruitment activities are carried out in line with approved manpower plans and company policy and procedure.
• Provide orientation to all new staff
• Ensure that all new staff settle in smoothly by providing them with the required support and guidance as and when required
• Coordinate all logistics relating to new staff to ensure they have the required office space, desk, phone, business cards and PC on arrival along with relevant reference manuals and documentation for efficient integration.
• Respond to the queries from candidates, Line Managers and external recruitment agencies regarding the vacancy status, new vacancies etc. without compromising the company’s standard’s of privacy and confidentiality .
• Check references of selected candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job’s pre-established selection criteria.
• Tracking follow up of all the candidates with job offers.
• Conduct staff trainings along with the implementation of a comprehensive training module for all business units.

Requirements


Requirements


Candidates should have an appropriate degree /diploma in H.R Management specializing in recruitment, fluent in English, presentable with 5 years recruitment experience. Experience in Psychometric testing will be an added advantage.
