Employment: Full Time

This role reports to the Head of HR and Operations. It will work closely with the Recruitment Partner and Directors. The Recruitment Manager drives the recruiting efforts for BCG Middle East. S/he plays an integral role in developing recruitment strategies and resourcing plans, acting as a thought partner to local officer group.

This role is an integrated member of the global Recruiting function. It works closely together with global experts and the CEMA people team, participates in global/regional initiatives and incorporates our global goals into local goals and objectives.

They will have line management responsibility for two Recruitment Assistants, providing leadership, development and direction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversees entire recruitment of consulting staff (including intern)
Oversees U.S. and European recruiting activities and pipeline
Makes invite/reject decisions and oversees entire follow-up process
Communicates and negotiates offers
Manages day-day work allocation of Recruitment Assistants as needed.
Attends recruitment events and meetings on behalf of BCG Middle East.
Decides recruiting strategy and targets for year closely monitoring and updating officer group.
Oversees controlling sheets, controlling reports, and pipeline reports.
Manages Recruitment budgets.
Manages niche ad-hoc recruitment activities for senior-level candidates.
Provides account and channel support within the context of marketing/branding (takes care of foundations and conducts foundation events, cooperates with student organizations).
Organizes and conducts road shows, workshops, fairs, mega-events, etc.
Pushes for changes and identifies areas for improvement in recruitment process.
Handles recruiting press relations.
Understands the university landscape, both locally and internationally- able to act as advisor to officer group and wider HR team.

Requirements

A relevant bachelor's degree plus 5 years Recruitment management experience, preferably at a professional services firm in the Middle East which recruits from business schools and universities.
Very strong verbal communication skills; fluency in English.
Advanced level computer skills; Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Comfortable with the use of data based systems and report running.
Organizational skills: ability to handle competing priorities effectively.
Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving capability.
Strong service orientation and responsiveness to requests.
Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
Ability to work with senior stakeholders effectively.
Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential.
