Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading and highly regarded property and real estate developer. With a global portfolio, our client is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Manager to be based in Dubai.
This exciting and pivotal role will oversee the recruitment function and report to the HR Director. You will manage a team of experienced Recruiters and focus on the complete A-Z recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include partnering with line managers and developing job descriptions alongside sourcing, selecting and shortlisting. You will also be responsible for interviewing using extensive competency based techniques as well as psychometric testing methods. In addition, you will set the manpower budgets, run and devise the recruitment strategies and direct the overseas mass recruitment campaigns when required.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a solid background in recruitment, either agency or in-house, specifically within the real estate, property or construction markets. You should also have regional experience and ideally an already well-established network of candidates within the real estate industry.
