Job description / Role
- Develop & implement a strategy for recruiting and retaining the high quality talent for the client within the budget allocated to achieve overall goals.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of recruitment team relating to employment, selection, employee relations and use metrics to evaluate and improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Develop creative recruitment solutions to attract appropriate levels of quality staff.
- Review applications, shortlist applicants, implement selection processes, conduct interviews and where necessary involve psychometrics tests and development centers.
- Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
- Assist in the implementation of redundancy programs, which may include transferring employees to other open positions within (client).
- Analyze statistical data and reports to identify recruitment activities and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's recruitment process to HRD director.
- Study and implement the Human Resources Law - recruitment policy to ensure the rules and regulations are adhered with government authorities.

Requirements
* 7 years minimum experience with hands-on recruitment management, understanding of Engineering is an advantage.
* Degree within HR, Business, administration
* Experience within Government Entities is a plus,
* UAE Nationals
