Recruitment Manager - Dubai

My client is a large and well known local group with a diverse portfolio of businesses with retail, business services, manufacturing and automotive.

The Role:
- As Recruitment Manager you will be responsible of managing the recruitment function for the industries part of the company.
- You will have 2 recruiters working in the team and you will be responsible for the day to day management of those employees.
- You will handle mainly senior management positions and be expected to interview candidates.

Requirements

- 10 years of recruitment management experience in a manufacturing/industrial sector - essential
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the GCC ideally already based in the UAE - essential
- Language skills - English and Hindi or Urdu - essential
- HR or higher education qualifications - MBA/CIPD/Masters - essential

Salary:
AED 28,000 - 32,000 + Excellent Benefits
