What you'll be doing:
Your role as a 360 Perm placements manager, will be to identify the best mix of resources to source top perm talents, heading up a Perm placements team, with their own specialist desk among G&G, Project Engineering, Rig crew, Marine, etc. You'll be using your management skills to manage your teams and own business pipeline to meet your objectives:
- Develop perm business and create new client relationships
- Oversee progress on all positions being filled
- Serve as an account manager to Perm clients and cultivate on-going relationship
- Lead the pipeline expansion towards achieving profitability targets
- Develop new channels towards building a strong network of Perm candidates and clients
- Show resourcefulness and capitalise on experience in similar role
- Have the ability and desire to capitalise on advantages of social media and direct recruiting methodologies
- Think of creative ways to get Aldelia on the radar of top Oil & Gas industry clients in the region
You'll also be maintaining an excellent level of communication, guiding team of consultants in negotiating Perm placement fees and salaries, chasing up feedback and delivering a great service whereby your own and team incentive components get paid on the placement of your Perm candidates.
To sum, you will be given an opportunity to make a significant impact on long-term Aldelias success and ultimately guide the team in Perm recruiting responsibilities towards profitability targets.
It is a sales -based role and the environment is extremely fast-paced. The role will require travelling across regions, however you will be based in Dubai office, UAE.

Requirements
We are looking for a natural leader and perm placements specialist, with proven track record in the Middle Eastern and European energy markets; someone who is able develop and maintain perm recruitment desk, guide the team towards profitability targets to ensure a strong vacancy / placement ratio of Perm placements is met, make a significant contribution to recruitment practice development.
