Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a rapidly growing, successful organisation who is looking to hire a Recruitment Manager to join their busy team. As a Recruitment Manager you will report to the General Manager and take ownership of end to end recruitment.
Your core responsibility will be to source for professionals across all sectors. You will use a competency based framework for interviews, managing the full process from the beginning to offer stage. With no direct reports, you will oversee a team of Administrators and help upskill other Managers within the organisation.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a Degree and have a strong in-house recruitment background with a confident and independent approach to work. You should be Western or Arabic and have regional experience in recruiting for technical positions. You should also be able to lead the progression of others.
