The RoleThe RoleA great chance to help build a highly influential organisation as it grows significantly in the coming years, this Recruitment Manager position will work as part of a small team to deliver the full recruitment cycle across a large number of specialist hires. You will work directly with Partners on a daily basis to advise on recruitment strategy and issues, whilst also managing the end to end process for candidates. With a focus on direct recruitment, research and generation of a candidate pipeline, you will build knowledge of the competitor market and identify strong talent in the market place. You will also develop resourcing campaigns, advise on recruitment process and routes to market, whilst also be comfortable using assessment and selection tools, media and resourcing technologies. |
RequirementsRequirementsWith strong impact skills, professionalism and a results focused approach, you will have a excellent track record in senior stakeholder management. Coupled with this our client is ideally looking for someone with In-house recruitment experience, preferably gained within a consulting business. |
