Employment: Full Time

A leading FMCG company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join their team.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Established networks and relationships within the Clients organization as well as across the relevant industry sector/s
- Manage the End to End Recruitment Process
- Develop and implement strategies to develop Clients internal talent pool with a view to facilitating registration of all internal talent in "skills in demand".
- Develop and maintain a register of critical internal talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop programs for pro?active recruitment activity with key clients, including planning, scheduling and resourcing for volume recruitment
- Conduct exit interviews / questionnaire for leaving staff with submitting weekly / monthly / quarterly summary report with recommended course of action
- Provide professional advice concerning Clients core recruitment principles at all times and utilize corporate systems and processes to manage recruitment and selection activities
- Contributing to the collective team performance and accountabilities and supporting and assisting team members to achieve standards, goals and targets
- Develop and maintain departmental and organizational KPIs, i.e. time to hire, gap ratio, Saudization rate, etc.
- Prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly reports and any other ad hoc reports as needed.
- Any other related duties and tasks put by direct manager.

Requirements

- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
- 5-10 years of business experience; minimum of 5 years working in recruiting senior position is required.
- Proven track record of designing, scoping, creating, executing and developing recruiting strategies in a matrixed organization is preferred.
- Bilingual language is a must
- Saudi National Essential
- Role requires approximately 25% travel.
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent decision making, planning and organising
- Ability to work as a team and be very customer focused
