The RoleThe RoleThe Recruitment Manager is responsible for Recruitment of managerial level vacancies within Alshaya, and ensuring that talented candidates are recruited into the business efficiently and cost-effectively. He or she will work closely with Liaises with the HR team and Business Managers to identify current and future resource requirements and identify suitable candidate channels, such as local and overseas recruitment agencies, press and internet advertising, and overseas recruitment trips, Responsible for the development and implementation of the recruitment process within assigned division. Supports and champions talent management by working with Business Managers, Business Partners and Operations management to facilitate internal recruitment. Identifies and implements the most suitable method for local and overseas recruitment. Responsible for compiling and placing advertisements, organising interview programs and ensuring logistical facilities are available for the interview process. Screening of all received management CV's, recommends most appropriate form of action. Manages the daily workload of Recruitment Administrator. |
