Recruitment Manager - Kuwait

Reporting to the Group Head of Resourcing for the Middle East, your role is to develop recruitment strategies and plans, conduct recruitment searches and liaise with recruiting agencies to ensure continued availability and pipeline of qualified manpower to execute business and commerce.

Responsibilities:
- Establishing guidelines and consolidating countries recruiting budget and business plan;
- Defining policies, procedures and standards for the recruiting function;
- Consolidating & managing international recruiting activities across geographies and businesses;
- Advising all company functions on effective recruitment methodologies such as quota's , interviewing techniques, SOP's etc.
- Managing and maintaining the Recruitment Tracking System to provide up to date information at all times;Coordination with Functional Managers / Directors to ensure that recruitment campaigns are aligned with the company recruitment strategy and an integrated approach is taken to manpower planning & development;
- Managing recruitment agencies and other third party suppliers;
- Conducting & participating in technical interviews / corporate screening of candidates.

Requirements

- Fluent Arabic and English language required;
- University degree in HR Management or related field;
- 5 to 7 years experience of HR / Recruitment;
- Retail sector HR experience preferred;
- Large corporate experience an advantage;
- International and Middle East experience an advantage.
