Recruitment Manager - Saudi Arabia

This is a role with the Saudi headquarters of a leading retail company.

The primary responsibilities of the role include:
- Overseeing all recruitment activities - especially the recruitment of local nationals
- Devising the recruitment budgets with the top management of the firm
- Putting in place the strategy to attract the right talent, streamlining practices like campus recruitment
- Coordinating with various departments to understand their requirements and the shortfall in talent

Requirements

- Experience of working on large scale recruitment
- Experience of handling recruitment of local talent
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with various business heads
- Ability to understand business requirements
